WU LYF

WU LYF (World Unite Lucifer Youth Foundation) is a mysterious indie band from Manchester that quickly achieved cult status around 2010 thanks to their raw, lo-fi sound and anonymous image. Their debut album 'Go Tell Fire to the Mountain' (2011) combines echoing vocals, minimalist production, and an almost spiritual intensity, which set them apart within the alternative music scene. Despite their growing popularity and intriguing aesthetic, the band unexpectedly broke up as early as 2012, which only reinforced their mythical reputation. Now the group is back with their second album, 'A Wave That Will Never Break'.
